Wuxi Differential Motor Factory on the Taihu
Lake is located at the foot of the beautiful Yanshan
hill which is the famous juicy peach producing area
both at home and abroad. It enjoys developed industry
and convenient transportation.
The factory was founded in the 1960ths and it was
re-organized from a State-owned enterprise to a private
enterprise in 1997. The factory, covering an area of
33000m2,has standard industrial building
of over 12000 m2, 160 different sets of machine
equipments and more than 200 employees. It has the capacity
of producing 300000 motors annually and the product
sells well in the North America, European Allied countries,
Mid-east, Southeast Asia etc. The output value is 30
million Yuan in 2004,and it is estimated the output
value in 2005 will 40 million Yuan. The factory mainly
produces iron motor, Aluminum shell motor, washing machine
motor, stainless steel motor, air-conditioner motor
and splitting horsepower motor. The factory also has
strong ability of processing rotors and stators, which
have been used in many famous companies, such as Wuxi
HuaDa Motor Corp, Ltd. and American Marathon Motor Corp,
Ltd..
With the development of few decades, especially after
reorganized, on the basis of absorbing advanced technology
and management experience domestically and internationally,
management has been strengthened and the management
level has been improved greatly. Now the factory has
got ISO9001/2000 Certificate of the System of Quality
Management, an export quality license and 3C certification,
all of which will do good to the development of the
factory.
